Get to Know Us
The West Virginia Association of School Facilities Administrators (WVASFA) provides West Virginia's school facility directors, administrators, and staff members a statewide network of resources directly related to the daily management of our facilities and grounds.
Working together, we are able to plan, coordinate and complete projects aimed at providing our students with a cutting-edge learning experience.
Vendors are also welcome to use this site to stay informed on upcoming events as well as accessing key facilities personnel across West Virginia.
Executive Committee Meetings
Executive Committee meetings begin promptly at 10:30 am and most are held at Muriel's Restaurant in Fairmont.
Please contact an Executive Committee member for locations.
Business Partners are invited to present at one monthly meeting each year. Please contact WVASFA.org@gmail.com to schedule your presentation.
News
The Vendor Presentation Committee is always working to coordinate and schedule presentations for the annual WVASFA Conference and Trade Shows at the Morgantown Event Center in Morgantown, West Virginia.
By the way, this is a great event, and we encourage you to attend! Besides the informative presentations on school facility related issues, (that will help you meet your staff development goals), you’ll attend the trade show and meet helpful vendors that can show you the latest products and services available to help you! You’ll also have the opportunity to network with other facility professionals. So, come on down!
If you’re in anyway involved in the maintenance and care of school facilities, you probably can appreciate the amount of time, work, money and dedication it takes “behind the scenes” to keep these facilities in operation.
The WVASFA has been assembled to bring together people like you who are responsible for keeping West Virginia Schools operating. All of us either have or will encounter the same types of problems and obstacles in our jobs. So, don’t be afraid to ask for help, or better yet, offer some! With these “networking” possibilities and our continued hard work and dedication, we can continue to improve the quality of West Virginia Schools.
